We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, threats, intimidation, or abusive behavior toward our team.

We do not tolerate:

• Harassment or discrimination

• Aggressive, threatening, or intimidating behavior

• Yelling, swearing, or abusive language

• Physical intimidation or violence

• Harassment through phone calls, email, social media, or online reviews

Any client displaying abusive or threatening behavior may be asked to leave the premises and/or discontinue services with our clinic.

We understand that veterinary situations can be emotional and stressful, and we will always do our best to listen with compassion and care. However, maintaining a safe workplace for our team is a priority.
